A Henderson County Sheriff’s deputy is facing several criminal charges.
The Henderson Police Department made the arrest, but details surrounding the case were not immediately released.
Deputy Gary Jones was recently named in a lawsuit after a woman, who was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a pursuit, was shot.
On Sunday, Jones was booked on charges of assault, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment.
He has since been released on a $500 bond.
