A shooting at an Owensboro business sent one person to the hospital.
It happened while officers were monitoring a large gathering early Sunday morning.
Around 1:30, police said they heard a gunshot and saw the crowd dispersing.
A woman was found in the parking lot with a life-threatening injury.
While securing the area, officers heard additional gunshots nearby, but no other victims were found.
A female was later taken into custody in connection with the incident and is being charged with assault, possession of a handgun by a minor, and other crimes.
