Voting is officially open for the general elections.
On the Indiana ballot, there will be two proposed amendments to the state constitution.
The two questions will be regarding bail and public safety, and the other will address the rural judge shortage.
Also on the ballot are four of the seven seats on the EVSC board.
This is the first EVSC election in which candidates may run with a party affiliation under a new state law.
Running in the 8th District congressional race are Republican U.S. Rep. Mark Messmer of Jasper, and Democrat Mary Allen, an at-large member of the Evansville City Council.
