A Newburgh woman is arrested following a police chase on Highway 41.
On Monday, officers attempted to stop a Jeep for speeding.
Rather than stopping, the driver, Casondria Carter, continued driving and throwing plastic bags out of the window.
The chase ended when she failed to negotiate the turn onto Covert Avenue, hitting multiple cars.
One additional ounce of meth was found in her possession.
Four people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
