Mayor Stephanie Terry met with city leaders and department heads to discuss her budget proposal for next year.
Terry said she plans to spend over $152 million on projects including roads, water infrastructure, and energy bills.
She also wants to improve the zoo and build a new fire station.
Her budget priorities are based on feedback she has received at events like traveling city halls.
Her budget will be reviewed by the city council and voted on next month.
