An Evansville man is in jail on illegal gun and drug charges.
Tylorean Matthews was wanted on two active felony warrants.
Officers took him into custody during a traffic stop on Wednesday.
During a search, officers located over 5 grams of meth and over $4,6oo in cash on Matthews.
Inside the vehicle, officers located a digital scale, multiple empty plastic bags, several firearms, and more than 100 rounds of ammunition in various calibers.
He has a previous felony conviction for Possession of Meth and a prior Domestic Battery conviction, which prohibits him from legally possessing firearms.
