Daviess County Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect involved in a drive-by shooting Saturday evening.
Authorities say a semi truck with no trailer was headed down the road when someone fired several shots from inside the truck.
Derek Jennings was identified after photos of the truck were released and the community called the sheriff’s office with tips.
Numerous firearms, including an AR-15, were found inside the semi along with ammunition and several spent shell casings.
Jennings is facing charges including wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, and leaving the scene of an accident.
