Investigators are trying to figure out what might have sparked the fire at a Grayville, Illinois gas station.
Crews were called to the former Shell Mart near I-64 on Sunday morning.
The fire is believed to have started in the storage building and quickly spread to the roof of the business.
Officials say the front door to the building was found unlocked.
The convenience store and gas station went out of business more than ten years ago, and the building has been empty ever since.
