New information on a shooting that took place Tuesday afternoon on St. Joe Avenue, two blocks from the Fall Festival.
Officers responded to a stolen car in progress.
911 caller, Shelby Wilson, arrived at the scene with her friend Marchello Hoskins, and others.
Dispatch received numerous shots-fired calls about that time, and officers found Kamarius Foster had been shot in the arm and thigh.
Hoskins said Foster was shot in self-defense.
Twelve spent shells were found on Virginia Street.
