An Evansville man has been found guilty of causing a traumatic brain injury to his child.
Tremain Cabell was charged with neglect in 2022 after the 3-week child was taken to the hospital with an injury that resulted in a feeding tube and constant care.
The case was dismissed but charges were re-filed in 2023 after case workers documented severe injuries five more times, including broken bones.
