A child abuse investigation has led to the arrest of two Evansville parents.
On April 21, Lindsey Davis brought her 2-month-old to the hospital, claiming he was gassy and had been bleeding from the eyes for several days.
Upon examination, the baby was found with a bruise on his forehead and hemorrhages in both eyes.
The X-ray showed the victim had 11 rib fractures.
Charges were filed against Macquell Davis Jr. and Lindsey Davis, and they were charged with neglect.
