An Evansville man was arrested after he failed to stop for police while driving the wrong way on the Lloyd.
37-year-old Corwin Clark was driving east in the westbound lanes causing other drivers to change lanes or pull over to get out of the way.
Clark drove into the State Hospital parking lot and then fled on foot.
When captured he showed signs of being drunk.
He was charged with reckless driving, resisting law enforcement, and DUI.
