One of Evansville’s Halloween staples will be different this year.
The Old Courthouse Catacombs will move this year to the underground catacombs beneath the House of Lector on Main Street.
The reason is due to elevated levels of radon in the courthouse subbasement.
Vanderburgh County Commissioner Justin Elpers says there are plans to fix the radon issue.
