A large-scale drug investigation that operated for years in Evansville nets seven arrests.
That happened on Monday afternoon as the culmination of a probe that targeted Dionta Goodwin’s alleged drug trafficking ring.
Last Friday, detectives were staking out homes on Lincoln Park Drive and Denby Avenue.
Two of the suspects left the home with four children.
Their car was stopped at the Denby address, where officers later found suspected drugs.
Meanwhile, a car stopped at the Lincoln Park Drive home and a woman went inside, returning with two men.
Seven people were arrested altogether facing numerous charges.
