Madisonville Police have charged a woman with endangering a child after she was found passed out behind the wheel of a car with her small child in the back seat.
29-year-old Michaela Wells’ small child had a red face from the 98-degree heat.
Wells told officers she had been parked since 3 AM.
It was 10:30 when they found her.
They claim the child had nothing to eat or drink, nor a diaper change the entire time they were parked.
CPS was called and placed the child with family members.
Wells was taken to jail on several charges.
