Police are looking for the second of two shooters involved in a Sunday morning incident.
It happened at a gas station at Covert Avenue and Green River Road about 4:00 am Sunday.
Security video showed Otis Rankin firing shots that hit a teenager in the head and a man in the chest.
The teen was taken to a hospital outside Evansville for treatment.
The man’s injuries are not life-threatening.
Rankin is the subject of a manhunt.
Video also showed 32-year-old Luther Lawton firing a shot that hit a woman in the leg.
He’s in jail for a felon having a gun and other charges.
