Family and friends of a missing tri-state woman gathered for a balloon release Sunday night at the Evansville Riverfront.
The event was to celebrate Andi Wagners’s 26th birthday.
Andi disappeared in 2022.
Family members say she often stays with friends in Newburgh or Oakland City, but being gone this long without letting someone know is unlike her.
Andi Wagner has several tattoos including one on her arm with Roman numerals.
