The driver allegedly involved in a fatal crash on the Lloyd Expressway and Fielding Road on Saturday has been arrested.
32-year-old Jared Reed was booked into jail on Wednesday.
He’s charged with reckless homicide and criminal recklessness.
A 21-year-old University of Evansville student, Muhammad Kahn, was killed in the accident.
Several witnesses reportedly showed Reed’s car speeding, described as “going as fast as it would go,” and “flying.”
The witnesses say Reed was passing cars on the shoulder.
