After a reevaluation, an Evansville woman accused of burning an American flag and threatening to behead police officers is competent to stand trial.
Back in October, 43-year-old Sierra Malloy was found not fit and was kept in the custody of the Indiana Department of Health.
Malloy, a self-proclaimed ISIS member, replaced an American flag with a Saudi Arabian Flag at a business on Fares Avenue last June.
She entered a not-guilty plea in court on Monday.
An early trial is scheduled for March 15.
