A former employee of the University of Evansville turned himself in to police on Wednesday for allegedly stealing panties.
20-year-old Zachariah Brock was employed as a locksmith.
Brock told investigators that he went into the victim’s dorm room, a person he’d known since high school, and stole her panties.
Investigators say UE Head of Facilities uncovered a collection of women’s underwear in Brock’s desk.
He was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail and charged with burglary and theft.
