The parents of 11-month-old Carsen Fischer have been charged with his death after fentanyl and other drugs were found in his system.
Warrants were issued for both Kaytlen Dossett and Taylor Fischer.
The mother was arrested Monday afternoon on a quarter of a million dollars bond.
The father has not been booked, although meth and fentanyl were found in his system.
Police say meth, marijuana, and other drugs were found in reach of the child, as well as other siblings.
The baby was found unresponsive on September 11.
