Elizabeth Fox-Doerr, the wife of a slain Evansville Firefighter Robert Doerr was in court today Monday.
Her trial has been postponed again after her defense attorney has withdrawn from the case.
Charged with the murder of her husband, she is expected to be assigned a new public defender on Friday, and a new trial date will be set.
The other person charged with murder in this case, Larry Richmond, Sr., is still scheduled to go to trial on November 13.
The Evansville Firefighter was shot to death outside his Oakley Street home in 2019.
