An Evansville man faces burglary charges after being found helping himself to drinks in a bar that was closed.
Late Sunday night an employee of the Hilltop Inn came in to find Joshua Winnett sitting at the bar having a drink.
Police found Winnett still sitting at the bar when they arrived.
He admitted to having three beers and some shots.
He had also broken some lights inside the building.
Winnett was taken to jail and barred from the property.
