An Evansville man is accused of driving a truck into a building causing more than $50,000 in damage.
Monday morning EPD came across a truck in a ditch on Waterworks Road, and someone running near the former Charlie’s Marine building.
A K-9 was used to find 20-year-old Kevin Morales-Santizo.
He refused to comply with the officer’s commands and was taken into custody.
Morales-Santizo told police that he went inside the building, and in a panic, drove the truck through the front of it and crashed into the ditch.
