An Evansville man was arrested Sunday morning for a crime he is accused of committing a week ago.
Police say 27 year old Justin Osborne had threatened a woman at her Mesker Park Drive apartment.
Osborne held a gun to her head and was demanding her car keys.
Once he found them he fired a gun missing the victim.
The bullet went into another apartment.
The suspect took off in the woman’s car.
Officers say Osborne has a criminal history and had an active warrant out of Spencer County.
He was booked on new charges that include several drug possessions, robbery and auto theft.
