After more than 70 years in business, Evansville’s Crescent Plastics is closing up shop for good.
Scott Schroeder says about 60 employees will be impacted by the closure.
The plan is to stop production by early December and cease operations by New Years.
Schroeder says the company has been losing customers to cheaper products from overseas.
Crescent Plastics has been in business since 1949.
