The Henderson Police Department responded to a stabbing around 11:00 Tuesday morning in the 300 block of Fagan Street.
Upon arrival, officers located Kenneth Edmonds Jr. near the intersection of Clay and Fagan Streets.
The other victim Kenneth Edmonds Sr. was located at the scene of the stabbing.
The two males involved were found to be father and son.
They were both transported to an Evansville hospital.
The son has life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made at this time.
