One person is in the hospital after being shot in the shoulder, beaten and robbed.
It happened Tuesday morning around 6:30 in the 4900 block of Fairmont Drive in Evansville.
A witness gave police a description of the suspects and reported they both had guns.
Video footage showed the suspects fled on bicycles.
Officers arrested 26 year old Lomante Williams and his juvenile cousin who allegedly assisted with the shooting.
Police say the suspects were armed with a handgun and a rifle.
Williams is facing several charges including attempted murder.
