The widow of a murdered Evansville firefighter is due back in court today.
Elizabeth Fox Doerr pleaded not guilty to perjury in July, reportedly as a result of her testimony before a grand jury.
Proceedings before a grand jury are secret, so specifics on the perjury charge are not available.
Doerr, the wife of firefighter Robert Doerr, is due in court today for a review hearing.
