Evansville police are wrapping up an unsuccessful search for a shooting suspect.
The incident happened around 3:15 this morning across from the Xcess Strip Club on Fulton Avenue.
Police searched Riverside and Court Street as well as Dress Plaza and most of the adjacent riverfront area.
The Evansville Fire Department was called to help search by boat for the suspect in and around the Ohio River near the LST.
They also searched aboard the LST itself.
The shooting victim was transported to the hospital.
No word on his condition.
