A study requested by Vanderburgh County Commissioners identifies about $4 million in needed road repairs throughout the county.
On Wednesday, the county council voted $1-point-9 million for road projects proposed by the commissioners.
The Commissioners also put up another $1.9 million from their own budget.
Commissioner Jeff Hatfield says the road projects could take years since COVID-19 stalled many projects, and still others were simply ignored.
