Its been a year since Keshon Hensley was found dead from a gunshot wound in his Woodland Park apartment.
Evansville police say on Monday they served an arrest warrant to 36 year old Jerrme Cartwright.
The suspect is already in the Vanderburgh County jail on unrelated charges.
A witness told police that Cartwright admitted to shooting Hensley and said, it was either me or him.
He also told her, the gun used in the murder, was broke up and spread all over Evansville.
Shannon Dumas was charged with buying the gun used in the murder, and later reporting it stolen.
She was arrested in December.
