Deputies responded to a “shots fired” call at a home in Rockport, Kentucky on Saturday night.
Once on scene, officers say brothers Matthew and Christopher Wallace were found in the driveway with several gunshot wounds.
They were transported to the hospital.
Matthew died from his injuries.
Christopher is fighting for his life.
Authorities believe 33 year old Aaron McQuady, of Sebree, who was considered family, traveled to Rockport and used several firearms.
McQuady was caught on surveillance, which led to his arrest on Sunday morning.
He was booked in the Ohio County jail charged with murder and assault.
