A man and woman found passed out in a car face child neglect charges.
Police said someone called 911 and reported a vehicle that had been in a gas station parking lot for two hours with a child inside.
When officers arrived, they found a man and woman passed out.
They had to yell and shake the woman to wake her up.
Authorities say 28 year old Leirin Reinitz was found with a clear plastic baggy with a white powdery substance in her pocket.
31 year old Kieven Hillard was arrested and charged with child neglect.
They were both booked in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
