The Vanderburgh County Coroner has identified the victim that was shot on Oregon Street on Tuesday.
43 year old Carlis Falls of Evansville died from his wounds at the hospital that same day.
Falls makes Evansville’s 15 person murdered this year.
The person accused of killing Falls is still on the run.
Police say a murder warrant was issued for 30 year old Fabian Bennett.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
