Two people were arrested for child neglect on Wednesday.
Evansville police served a warrant in the 5600 block of Washington Avenue.
Inside the home they found trash and mold virtually everywhere, and a baby in an oversize blanket filled with cockroaches.
They say a toddler in the home was hungry.
42 year old Kevin Bengyel and 21 year old Caitlin Dunnigan were arrested.
DCS removed the children from the home.
