A woman was taken to an Evansville hospital Saturday night after she was hit by a car in a west-side parking lot.
It happened about 8pm in the Wal Mart lot on Red Bank Road.
It apparently began as a road-rage episode. Someone in a white SUV was following the victim’s car closely and honking.
Finally, the victim shifted into park and got out.
The SUV then swerved around and hit the victim, who was taken to the hospital.
