A man has been arrested for the shooting of a Posey County deputy over the weekend.
70-year-old Paul Wiltshire of New Harmony was released from Deaconess Midtown Hospital, and arrested for attempted murder.
He was booked to the Posey County Jail on that charge, before being transferred to the Warrick County Jail where he’s being held without bond.
Hicks remains in critical but stable condition.
