Police in Daviess County have arrested a husband nearly three weeks after his wife Was shot to death.
Kentucky State Police were called to the 4400 block of West 5th Street Road August 26.
There they found 23 year old Hannah Fuller dead of a gunshot wound.
Investigation disclosed that 36 year old Joshua Fuller was involved in an altercation with his wife — from whom he was estranged — when she was shot.
Fuller was arrested Monday and faces murder and other charges.
