Police say an argument led to an overnight shooting in Evansville. It happened at an apartment off of Denby near John Street, just after 1:30am.
Three people got into an argument in an apartment. One man was shot in the leg, and taken to the hospital. Officials don’t believe those injuries are serious.
18-year-old Jacob Rivera was arrested and charged with battery committed with a deadly weapon and battery with bodily injury.
