No arrests yet in a double shooting ealier this week.
E-P-D units were dispatched to the 1400 block of Garvin Street Wednesday afternoon and found one person shot and numerous shell casings.
Another victim was found near Governor street.
Both were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to their lower extremities.
Five people. including four juveniles and one adult, were taken to police headquarters for questioning but all of them have been released.
