The Warrick County School Board awards COVID-19 days to staff, as well as health aides and increase of pay for nurses.
The School Board found no issues with this, as there was very little discussion and unanimous decision.
All employees were given an additional ten COVID sick days.
Nurses saw a 5% pay increase as compensation for their additional responsibilities amongst the pandemic.
Superintendent Schneider states the additional sick days were added because teachers did not receive any from the new stimulus package
