The murder conviction of Clint Loehrlein will be allowed to stand.
The Indiana Supreme Court says that although a juror committed gross misconduct by lying on a jury questionnaire, it is not likely that Loehrlein was harmed by that action.
Loehrlein was convicted of killing his wife, and trying to kill his two daughters in at their Shillington Drive home in January of 2017
