Police in Henderson say one person has been shot on Letcher Street near Clay Street.
It happened a little before 6:00 AM.
That person was taken to the hospital for treatment.
A witness told police that she heard six or seven gunshots.
Officials say there is no immediate danger, but they are asking people to avoid the area.
