Evansville’s Don Mattingly has been named the National League Manager of the Year.
He guided the Miami Marlins to an appearance in the baseball playoffs for the first time in 17 seasons.
Mattingly is now one of only five people in baseball history to have been named both MVP and Manager of the Year.
