Criticism is pouring in following a protest at Kentucky’s capitol Sunday.
A group was gathered objecting to the Governor Andy Beshear’s actions during the pandemic.
A doll with the governor’s face on it was hanged from a tree during that protest.
Officials said it was within site of the governor’s mansion where it could have been seen by the Beshear children.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called the incident “unacceptable,” adding There is no place for hate in Kentucky.”
