Kentucky State Police say they have a several photos of a truck believed to be the one that damaged the Panther Creek Bridge on May 18.
Witnesses said a crane on the truck was left up and struck all support pillars.
There was considerable damage, including damage to every cross member along the top portion of the bridge.
Troopers are asking anyone who has a home or business security camera on KY 56 and KY 81 to check Monday, May 18, 2020 between the hours of 1 – 3p.m.
Anyone who finds additional pictures, or who can help identify the owner/operator, is asked to contact Kentucky State Police.
The Panther Creek Bridge had reopened just last November following a three month repair project.
This came after a truck hauling scrap metal damaged the beams of the bridge.
