Brownie was light and flavorful, ice cream was perfect compliment. You can’t go wrong with this choice!
Booth 49: Vanderburgh County Republicans. Deer Chili
Nice “soupy” chili, not thick. Meat was well seasoned and not gamey. Green peppers were a nice touch. If you’re a venison lover, this one’s for you.

SO. GOOD. We all could have eaten much more than our rule of one or two bites.
Sweet and sour roast beef pulled to perfection, served on a homemade pita. In contention for “best of the festival.”

Delicious light dumplings with the perfect amount of broth and chicken. A favorite of all three team members.

Grilled cajun gator meat with lettuce, cheddar and ranch. A healthier choice for those with a sense of adventure! If you’ve never tried alligator, here’s your chance!
Booth 53: Simpson UMC. Zombie Slider
Speaking of adventurous, the Zombie Slider is a pork brain served with pickle, onion, pepper jack cheese, fresh made onion straws and sriracha mayo. A GREAT updated take on the brain sandwich.

Excellent flavor to this Fall Festival staple! If you’re in the mood for a corn dog, you won’t go wrong here.

A new item for 2019. Hickory smoked brisket, pepper jack cheese, jalapeno preserves and bacon on a sweet roll. So many flavors! Not too hot, and delicious!
Booth 56: Westside Catholic PTA, St. Agnes. BBQ Split
