The former Owensboro public school superintendent who pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting children is scheduled to be sentenced later this morning.
53-year-old Matthew Constant was indicted by a federal grand jury in August.
Kentucky State Police investigated and arrested Constant in February.
His guilty plea comes as part of a plea deal.
His sentencing hearing is unscheduled for 11 am.
