A vehicle pursuit with Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputies ends in a crash and an arrest.
Wednesday evening, a deputy spotted a red pickup truck traveling westbound on I-69 abruptly cross the grass median to begin driving eastbound.
When emergency lights were activated, the driver took off at a high rate of speed.
The suspect lost control of the vehicle and collided with a tree near Sandpit Road.
38-year-old Christopher Anglin told deputies that he shouldn’t have been driving.
A records check revealed that Anglin’s driving privileges were suspended.
He also had an active warrant.
Meth and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.
